English major. Editor in chief of Technician my senior year. Spent way too much of my life in journalism. Escaped newspapers and became managing editor for IISE in 2009. So I did their magazines and figured out I should have been involved in process improvement stuff from the get-go. Just became their marketing and sales manager on Monday. So currently I'm trying to go from zero to 100 in learning 4 systems!
